  1. I was so happy to read your views. You really echo what I believe but say it in a very meaningful way. I have been a very liberal member of the United Church , probably for at least 20 years of my 75 years. My dad and I had wonderful talks about religion, and I was fortunate to belong to some great churches in Toronto. I just try to come to your church someday. I have heard quite a bit about it and I know I would love it.

    1. I will so look forward to that visit, Marion! Thank you so much for your kind words!!

  2. Thank you, Gretta, for your heartfelt message of unity – it really does strike a chord.

I guess this may be a little contentious, what I’m going to say, but I’ll say it anyway. I’m here in Kidderminster, England. You’re in Canada. Thousands of miles apart we are, yet we share the same head of state, and we share a truly significant history. It’s called the Commonwealth. Thousands of miles apart we may be in geography, but united are we, in time and space, history, reality and consciousness.

One day I will go to Canada – and I will love it – just like my next door neighbour does, every other year, when she can afford it.

    Take care now,

    Steve
